• The KOHL Group: conducted an expert evaluation and delivered results for an investment web site, and performed a usability audit for a vehicle tracking system
• Persimmon: responsible for all the interface design on a new product, and created a Visual Basic prototype used by the sales team
• Bellcore: wrote detailed interface design requirements, and wrote and delivered training materials for both in-house and on-site training
• IBM: primary responsibility was to conduct a usability study (create the study, run participants, analyze data), and then present the results to the banking system team
